On 9th October, we at Huzaini & Co. decided to do open house at my house. It was friday. So early in the morning the whole Huzaini & Co's staff came and start cooking. It was gotong royong!
We choose to make laksa, lontong, and ayam masak sambal ourself. As in the picture Meena incharge of the laksa ( and it turns out very very delicious!!), Apis and Zuha fried the chicken to make the sambal which a bit pedas, and all the trainees in charge of potong memotong..
When the first guest came at around 2.30pm every thing was ready on the table.
